A blend of 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, the 2016 Clos de L'Oratoire is a superb Grand Cru Classe Level St Emilion! A well regarded estate, its vineyards date back to the 1800's, relatively new by St Emilion standards. In 1972 the Clos was purchased by the current owners, who also own such stalwarts as Canon la Gaffeliere and Mondotte, who have built the Clos into a very desireable and sought after St. Emilion.
