Monastrell is the Spanish name for Mourvedre and is the key variety grow in Jumilla which is the focus of all the wines made by Genio Español. Genio Roble is aged for 8 months in new French and American oak barrels. Deep red color with aromas of ripe fruits, earth and a touch of vanilla. On the palate you feel very pleasant tannins surrounded by dark fruits and spice.
