Hitorimusume means "my only daughter".
nextSectionNigori sake (its name roughly translates to "cloudy" because of its appearance) is unfiltered. It ranges from slightly cloudy to milky white. It generally is the sweetest of all sakes, but Hitorimusumi is unusually dry, with very pure, clean flavors. Hints of coconut and apple-pear and cinnamon.
nextSectionIt pairs well with vegetables (especially asparagus) and shellfish. It also makes a nice and refreshing aperitif.
