Yaegaki has been brewing sake in Japan since 1666. In the late eighties they opened a separate facility in California which is where they produce this crisp and refreshing Junmai. This is a dry and balanced sake with sufficient acidity to stand up to many food pairings but light enough to be enjoyed on its own, chilled or heated. At these amazing prices, it's one of the best values in our shop, in any category.
